High density mixed tenure housing for L&Q housing association and Southwark Council, won through a design competition.

Likened to ‘Russian dolls’ the concept of houses within houses scattered across the site rails against the gated communities with monolithic blocks of flats, to give residents a greater sense of home and to create a hierarchy of high quality private and public space around them.
